Having read in detail and understood all the information provided, I (and team member(s)) confirm and agree that I (we) take part in the “AVEDA Walk & Run for Water 2020” (the “Event”) voluntarily and entirely at my (our) own risk and responsibility, and that I (we) shall comply with all relevant rules and regulations and other arrangements made by A Drop of Life Limited (the “Organiser”). In consideration of the Organiser accepting my (our) entry, I (we) agree not to hold the Organiser and all its sponsors, promoters, supporters, and all other contributors for the Event (or any director, employee, agent or contractor of any of the foregoing or any person otherwise associated with any of the foregoing) responsible for any death or injury or for any damage to or loss or destruction of property or any other economic loss or for any consequential loss, in any such case arising from any accident or mishap or otherwise arising from or connected with the Event to the extent permitted by the applicable law. I (We) certify that I am (we are) physically fit to participate in the Event. Further, I (we) irrevocably grant the Organiser and its agents the right to use any photographs, sound, video, record or other reproduction of the image and voice of me (us) when taking part in the Event and its related activities (“Recording”) in perpetuity for any lawful purpose without reference to, and without the prior approval of, or any payment or compensation to, any person. An add-on donation of HKD550 can build a bio-sand filter for a Cambodian family. The filter can effectively eliminate 99% of fatal bacteria and impurities by using different kinds of sands and microbes. To share the happiness, donors will receive a project report once the project is completed.

A Drop of Life uses PayPal as our online payment service provider.

Cancellation & Refunds

Once the payment is confirmed, donation proceeds will not be refunded. A Drop of Life reserves the right on cancelling the walkathon due to adverse weather or under any other circumstances. A Drop of Life reserves the right to revise all the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
